Om-Burg Rice Set (Omelet Rice with Hamburger Steak)

This dish features your choice of our unique “Green Omelet”—infused with a purée of Kyoto Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and Uji Matcha—or a classic Plain Omelet, served over a juicy homemade hamburger steak. It sits atop a bed of fragrant butter rice seasoned with our house-made ketchup sauce.

The beautiful flower garnishing the omelet is an edible organic flower grown in Rakusai, Kyoto. This set is a true celebration of local flavors, featuring a vibrant salad and small side dishes made with organic Kyoto vegetables (Kyo-yasai), accompanied by a savory soup crafted from rich vegetable dashi.

This is the ultimate “Made in KYOTO” Om-Burg Rice. It features a succulent hamburger steak crafted from a blend of A5-rank Kyoto Beef and premium Kyoto Pork.
